Brewed at Fürst Wallerstein Brauhaus, a Bavarian brewery that belongs to the Princes of Oettingen-Wallerstain, one of the oldest noble German families, famous for its masterpieces of the brewing art.
Hazy golden color with a thick abundant head with decent retention. Clear aroma of bananas, wheat bread, cloves and Weiss yeast. Flavor of dough, bananas, spicy orange citrus, a hint of lemon-grass and a subtle clove. Dry aftertaste with an acid feeling. Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation. Well balanced Hefeweizen, tasty but not cloying given a perfect sweetness level and its lightly spicy and acid touch.
